Privacy, rights, and limits
Most processing is designed to run in the browser whenever possible, which makes the tool useful for quick personal or work files. For sensitive, production, or regulated material, test with a sample first and confirm the target platform's format, size, and quality requirements.

How do I import subtasks into the Pomodoro task queue?
Click 'Import to Pomodoro Queue' in the subtask list area. The system will import items into the Pomodoro Runner's task queue in the current order.
Do nested subtasks supported?
Yes. Tasks use a tree structure. A subtask can be further split into child nodes, while keeping drag-sorting and editing capabilities.
Will my data be lost?
No. Task lists and settings are persisted in IndexedDB. They will be restored after refresh and available the next time you open the app.
Is drag sorting available on mobile devices?
Yes. Long-press on mobile to enter sorting mode and release to finish. On desktop, simply drag and drop.
What if the AI split is not ideal?
You can manually edit titles, estimated minutes and hierarchy; you can also delete unwanted items and click 'Break down' again to supplement.
Is my privacy safe?
All data is stored locally in the browser's IndexedDB and is not uploaded to servers. It only leaves your device when you explicitly export or share it.
